Connor, my oldest son, lost his battle with a very rare sarcoma in May of 2020. We made the choice to go to a hospital far from home to give him his best chance. I wanted him to be surrounded by love so I printed hundreds of pictures that friends and family sent. I made picture collages that covered his room. That is how I surrounded him with love. Friends and family were very present in our room. Even on the toughest days, and there were many, these memories made him smile. Cancer is a battle that no one should endure, but if we can lessen that pain even in a slight way then we should. Help every patient C the love.
Memories make up our life. That is what we hold onto....what we cherish. The battle with cancer can be a very lonely road. Often times loved ones can't be present. Our vision is to surround these fighters with images of loved ones, memories. A reminder of what they are fighting for.
Our approach is to donate memory boards to patients while fighting cancer in the inpatient setting. Memories are what make up our life. Pictures hold these memories. Help patients C the love.
Your support and contributions will enable us to suround these patients with love!
